Pat was great to work with and always available for questions and follow-up. Woodwright did a full rehab of our 2-flat - including building out our basement, adding a staircase to duplex down the 1st floor unit and re-working all the plumbing/electrical for the building. Even 2 years later, they are always available for a call or to stop by when he's in the neighborhood to make sure everything is working to perfection
